Need to find resources and support in your area? Use the Template and Instruction Guide to find resources specific to your community where you can access health, mental health, sexual assault, drug and alcohol services and LGBTQ support. Statewide minor rights resources can be found on the reverse side of the Template along with phone numbers of hotlines. Download: Template and Instruction Guide | Teen Health Law offers opportunities for youth to ask questions about their legal rights and responsibilities regarding sex, pregnancy, parenting and related topics.
